Mapsly AI is how field reps talk to their CRM: they speak, records update, and the assistant plans routes, preps meetings, and follows up. The platform behind it — a real-time voice assistant and an agent layer that safely reads and writes CRM data through typed tool contracts — is live with customers and expanding fast, and we’re growing the team that builds it. You’ll ship agentic features end-to-end, from conversation and tool design to production rollout, on a modern TypeScript stack.
What You’ll Do

Ship agent features end-to-end: from tool schemas and conversation flows to rollout and measurement in production

Extend the tool layer: MCP-based tool servers with schema-first, typed contracts that let agents read and write CRM data safely across every platform we support

Own the real-time path: streaming voice pipelines — latency, interruption handling, transcription quality, cost/performance

Make quality measurable: evals, tracing, and guardrails, treating agent behavior as an engineering discipline rather than vibes

Turn field workflows into capabilities: work with our Solutions Engineers and customers to encode real field-sales workflows into assistant skills
What We’re Looking For

Production TypeScript/Node experience on shipped systems

Hands-on LLM engineering: tool/function calling, structured outputs, and prompt-and-eval iteration on real product features

Schema-first habits: typed contracts and validation as design tools, not afterthoughts

Solid backend fundamentals: Postgres, API design, idempotency, queues
-
Bias to ship: build, measure, iterate

Bonus: real-time voice (streaming ASR/TTS or speech-to-speech), MCP, LLM observability and eval tooling, CRM ecosystems
