Mapsly is a geo-intelligence platform that connects to your Zoho CRM via its API using a bi-directional real-time connector, pulls your CRM data into Mapsly and allows you to analyze it, mass-update it, plan optimized routes for your sales reps, draw and auto-assign territories, implement advanced automation based on location data, like finding the closest clinic to a parent, without writing any code, and much more.

Select features

  • Visualizza i tuoi contatti, aziende, trattative e qualsiasi altro oggetto (compresi quelli personalizzati) sulla mappa. Mapsly plots your CRM records on the map based on their locations, which can be an address or GPS coordinates.
  • Livelli e filtri dinamici. Slice your map points into sub-layers based on certain criteria: built a formula or have Mapsly auto-generate layers based on unique values of a field, like Company type.
  • Personalizza i marcatori della mappa. Colora i marker per i tuoi oggetti o per layer, assegnando icone marker uniche, dimensioni e attributi del font per le loro etichette.
  • Seleziona i campi dati da mostrare ovunque. Select which fields (including custom ones) should be shown in the marker’s label, map pop-up, in the table view (as columns) or when you hover your mouse over a marker.
  • Disegna i tuoi territori di vendita, oppure creali a partire da province e codici postali. Add a geographic dimension to your territory management by hand-drawing your sales regions on the map or by selecting states, counties or zip code areas (currently, US only).
  • Assegna automaticamente i territori. Have Mapsly entirely automatically assign your CRM records to territories and save the assigned territories back to the records in Zoho CRM.
  • Trova e importa potenziali clienti in base alle parole chiave. Find local businesses by keywords. All places from Google maps are available in Mapsly. Add them to Zoho CRM as contacts or companies in a few clicks.
  • Abbina i record visivamente in base alla distanza. Pick a base location – and Mapsly will calculate direct distance to all other records across all objects. Find best matching records with sorting by the Distance column.
  • Calcola automaticamente la distanza. Use Mapsly’s Workflow rules with the Field update action to automatically calculate distance between any two locations, like a new lead’s location and your office.
  • Abbina automaticamente i record. Enter your logical criteria and a ranking formula – and Mapsly will entirely automatically find best matching records, like closest clinic to a patient or closest available technician for an order, and save them back to Zoho CRM.
  • Edit Zoho CRM records on the map. Modifica i record CRM uno per uno nel pop-up della mappa oppure aggiornali in massa nella vista Tabella. Combina questa funzionalità con il filtro per la colonna Distanza. Puoi usarla anche per attivare l'automazione CRM.
  • Build optimized routes, for cars or trucks. Build fastest routes between multiple points based on live and historic traffic with custom departure time by car/truck/bicycle/walking. Multiple truck parameters are supported – to avoid roads unsuitable for your trucks.
  • Clean and geocode addresses in Zoho CRM. Mapsly can automatically correct errors in addresses in your HubSpot records, fill in missing parts like zip codes and counties, and geocode them into coordinates – right in Zoho CRM.
