Mapsly AI is not a chat window bolted onto the product. It is a harness inside the same automation platform you already use, so one solution can mix deterministic code, a sequence of low-code actions, and AI workflows written in plain language.

Each part can call the others: a scheduled workflow can hand a judgement call to the AI, and the AI can trigger a workflow, run a script, or update records in any of your data sources when it has decided. Our solution engineers build it all for you.

Custom tools give the AI your calculations, API callouts, and deterministic logic. Reusable skills package procedures your reps run by asking. AI workflows describe a job in natural language rather than code and run on events and schedules, with no one talking. The AI API starts any of this from your own systems, and the MCP server lets you run all your Mapsly AI features and custom AI workflows from your favorite AI service.

For the most complex tasks, Mapsly AI will soon spawn sub-agents. Pick the model per conversation, and on Enterprise the reasoning effort, and run it on Mapsly’s managed LLM keys, drawing on your AI allowance and your prepaid AI credits beyond it, or use your own LLM provider keys.
