About the Role
As our first SDR at Mapsly, you’ll be instrumental in building our sales pipeline by researching, prospecting, and nurturing high-quality leads until they’re ready to engage with our solution engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter eager to establish and shape the SDR function in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and research prospects in the US in targeted industries needing integration-driven SaaS solutions.
- Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach in the US (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to spark interest and set appointments.
- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development: Qualify both inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria. Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and demonstrate how Mapsly’s platform can help.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Partner with marketing to refine messaging, campaign strategies, and lead generation tactics. Work with sales leadership to continuously optimize processes, targets, and market insights.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of prospect interactions in HubSpot. Track and analyze performance metrics to spot trends and areas for improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adapt outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years in sales development, lead generation, or a related role in the US market—ideally within a complex B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven success engaging and qualifying US-based leads in a target-driven setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for compelling outreach.
- Native or bilingual English speaker.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities, with an eye for high-value targets.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to integration-rich SaaS products.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data-driven tools.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies or multi-industry targeting.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools in a remote work setting.
- Exposure to industries that rely on complex integrations (e.g., enterprise software, cloud communications, data analytics).
