Growth Manager

We’re seeking a self-motivated, hands-on Growth Manager to drive Mapsly’s growth strategy, from identifying opportunities to executing experiments and crafting data-driven campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention. Reporting directly to the company founder/CEO, this is a unique opportunity to take ownership of growth strategies for an innovative B2B SaaS product that helps businesses optimize field operations through geolocation intelligence and AI.

In this role, you’ll combine growth hacking, product marketing, and data analysis to drive business outcomes. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on the market by directly shaping Mapsly’s growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy & Experimentation: 

  • Develop and execute a growth roadmap to accelerate user acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth. 
  • Run A/B tests, pilot new growth channels, and optimize existing ones based on measurable results.
  • Measure the effectiveness of experiments, campaigns, and product updates, and use data to optimize future efforts.
  • Scale Mapsly’s revenue-sharing partnership program to drive viral growth and increase brand awareness.

• Market Research & Product Roadmap: 

  • Lead in-depth market research and maintain close communication with CRM vendors, their consultants/partners, and Mapsly’s clients to better understand customer needs and identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
  • Study competitive dynamics.
  • Suggest new features for the product roadmap that solve customers’ problems and unlock new markets.

• Case Studies & Content: 

  • Interview customers, gather feedback, create engaging case studies, and translate gathered insight into actionable growth strategies and further product improvements.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to different target audiences. 
  • Create email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, one-pagers, and other sales collateral.

You will be able to delegate routine tasks to contractors but must execute critical initiatives hands-on and ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables.

Expectations of Candidate Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in product marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of running successful experiments that drove measurable growth for a B2B SaaS product.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Conversational English (native or bilingual).
• Evidence of exceptional abilities and achievements in the described field of expertise.
