Version 1.0. Last modified: October 18, 2026. These Program Terms are Exhibit A to the Mapsly Partner Agreement and change only under its Section 17.
A1. Tiers
| Tier | Referral Fee | Commission Window | Certified team members | Closed-won deals or sourced MRR, per quarter | Partner webinar attendance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Activo | 20% | 1 año | None | None | None |
| Crecimiento | 25% | 3 years | At least 1 | 3 deals or US$2,500 | At least 50% |
| Estratégico | 30% | 5 years | At least 3 | 7 deals or US$8,000 | At least 70% |
Every Partner starts at Active and earns from its first Attributed Customer. Active is the lowest Tier.
A2. How Tiers are measured
- Closed-won deal: an Attributed Customer whose first payment Mapsly receives during the calendar quarter, with monthly Net Revenue of at least US$300, whose paid subscription is still active on the 15th day after the quarter ends (a prepaid subscription is active throughout its paid period). Customers under common control count as one deal, with their Net Revenue combined for the US$300 test, and accounts created mainly to reach a Tier do not count.
- Sourced MRR: the monthly Net Revenue, as at the last day of the quarter, of the Attributed Customers whose first payment Mapsly receives during the quarter and whose subscriptions are still active on the 15th day after it ends. A prepayment counts at its monthly share.
- Certified team member: a person employed or engaged by Partner who holds a current Mapsly certification on the last day of the quarter.
- Webinar attendance: the share of Mapsly partner webinars held in the quarter that at least one member of Partner’s team attended. If no partner webinar is held in a quarter, this requirement is met. Webinars Mapsly cancels do not count, and Mapsly may waive the certification or attendance requirement when it has not made training reasonably available.
A3. Reviews and Tier changes
- Mapsly reviews each Partner’s Tier within 30 days after each calendar quarter and confirms any change by email or in the Portal. A new Tier takes effect on the first day of the second month after the quarter ends, for example on 1 May for the January to March quarter, even if Mapsly confirms it late.
- Upgrade: a Partner that meets every requirement of a higher Tier in a quarter moves up to it, and may skip a Tier.
- Downgrade: a Partner that misses its Tier’s requirements in two consecutive quarters moves down one Tier; a quarter that meets the requirements resets that count.
- Effect: under Section 4.5 of the Agreement, a new Tier applies from that date to all of Partner’s Attributed Customers. An upgrade extends the Commission Window on previously attributed Customers; prepayments follow Section 4.4. A downgrade never claws back fees already accrued. If Mapsly finds that a Tier was reached through fraud or deliberate manipulation, it may correct the Tier and apply Section 6.4; ordinary later churn does not undo a Tier properly earned.

Mapsly currently offers these benefits at its discretion (Agreement Section 2.4):
- An onboarding call with a partnership manager, and a referral link from day one.
- A training webinar run by Mapsly Solution Engineers.
- Free Enterprise-tier demo accounts, configured by Mapsly engineers.
- Pre-sale support: Mapsly Solution Engineers join Partner’s sales calls and build custom demos.
- Implementation help for Partner’s clients, as included in each client’s Mapsly plan.
- A listing in the public partner directory (A7).
- Co-marketing: joint webinars, co-branded case studies and content.
- Early access to beta features.
A7. Directory listing requirements
- A page on Partner’s website that describes Mapsly accurately and links directly to mapsly.com.
- A country is listed only where Partner has an office and publishes a local phone number for it on its website.
- Mapsly reviews each listing before publishing it and may edit, decline or remove it.
A8. Certification
Mapsly certification is a separate program (mapsly.com/mapsly-certified). Certified team members count toward Tiers. Selling apps on the Mapsly Marketplace requires a Mapsly Certified Expert and is governed by separate terms.
