This unified view helps prioritize visits against availability windows, surface special handling or flags, and keep the day realistic with clear start/finish locations and remaining drive time—so close-out at each stop is quick and error-resistant.

Custom form: View items to deliver with quantities, a running total items card, and an adjustments toggle so reps can add/reduce/remove lines if the physical delivery differs—no second app required.


On-site edits capture the true delivery outcome: substitutions, partials, or extras are recorded immediately, with comments or photos when needed. That accuracy flows into the invoice trigger, reducing back-and-forth and preventing end-of-day reconciliation churn.
