The standalone Salesforce Maps mobile app was retired and removed from the App Store and Google Play; field users are directed to the Maps Mobile tab inside the Salesforce mobile app, which “Doesn't support offline mode and an internet connection is required.”17 And Maps Live Tracking Mobile subscriptions ended: “After August 31, 2026, your reps can no longer generate new geolocation data.” Salesforce suggests Mileage Administration, Check In, and the third-party app TripLog instead.2 The desktop Maps experience is not affected.
