Learn how your Mapsly subscription adjusts to accommodate your usage of various Mapsly features
Mapsly pricing plans impose standard limits on usage of routing, automation, API and territories that can be raised by upgrading to a higher plan or applying add-ons depending on the limit, as described below.
Routing Limits (Daily)
The maximum total number of routes that all your users combined can build in a calendar day that starts at 00:00 UTC depends on the subscription plan:
- on Essential: 100 routes * number of users;
- on Pro: 500 routes * number of users;
- on Enterprise: unlimited.
To raise this limit, upgrade to a higher plan.
Territory Limits (Static)
These limits set the maximum value that the indicated metrics may have at any given time, and apply to the Pro و Enterprise plans. (Mapsly Essential does not include territories.)

(*) An assignment territory is a territory to which records are automatically assigned. All territories in a territory group marked as Assign records to territories in this group are assignment territories and count toward this limit. An example of non-assignment territories that do not count toward this limit is a territory group built from geo-library for viewing demographic metrics (which is not marked as Assign records to territories in this group).
(**) A calculated territory metric is a custom metric calculated based on data from records located in a territory. For example, you may have one such metric in a group of 100 territories, or 5 metrics in a group of 20, or 10 metrics in a group of 10. (Demographic metrics are not calculated, so they count toward this limit.)
When you add territories or metrics above the limit, Mapsly will ask you to confirm applying appropriate add-ons to accommodate your actual usage.
API and Automation Limits (Daily)
These limits set the maximum number of calls (executions) per calendar day that starts at 00:00 UTC, and apply to the Pro و Enterprise plans. (Mapsly Essential does not include access to automation or API.)

Depending on your preference, when a limit is reached, Mapsly will do one of the following:
- Workflow rules, actions and API calls affected by the reached limit will be failing until the end of the current day, and will resume when the limit resets.
- Mapsly can automatically apply appropriate add-ons that will immediately raise this limit to prevent failures. Despite the limit will be raised immediately, the updated subscription price will be charged only on the next billing date providing you with a grace period to decide whether you’d like to keep the new level of automation or to reduce it back to the previous level and request these add-ons to be removed.
Please note that once applied, add-ons are not automatically removed if your usage drops and no longer need raised limits. If you’d like to remove an add-on, please contact us via chat to request their removal.
