When our customers and their end users upload, import, synchronize, or generate data within the Service \u2014 such as CRM records, contact information of a customer\u2019s own customers and prospects, and end-user location data collected at the customer\u2019s direction \u2014 Mapsly processes that data as a processor (service provider) on the customer\u2019s behalf, under the customer\u2019s instructions and the Mapsly Data Processing Addendum available at <a href=\"https:\/\/mapsly.com\/zh\/dpa\/\">https:\/\/mapsly.com\/dpa<\/a> (the \u201cDPA\u201d). The customer, not Mapsly, determines the purposes of that processing. If your personal information is contained in such data, please direct privacy inquiries and rights requests to the relevant Mapsly customer (for example, your employer or the business you interacted with); we will support that customer in responding as described in the DPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mapsly acts as a controller of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy \u2014 such as account, authentication, billing, usage, support, website-visitor, and marketing information \u2014 and this Privacy Policy governs that processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6211\u4eec\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section describes personal information that Mapsly processes as a controller. Data that you or your organization upload, import, synchronize, or generate within the Service \u2014 including your organization\u2019s CRM records and End-User location data collected at your organization\u2019s direction \u2014 is Customer Data processed on your organization\u2019s behalf under the DPA, as described in \u201cOur Roles: Controller and Processor\u201d above. The lists below describe controller-side collection; where an activity or data type occurs through a customer\u2019s use of the Service and at the customer\u2019s direction, the resulting information is Customer Data governed by the DPA rather than this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u5411\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b Mapsly \u670d\u52a1\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u6536\u96c6\u4e24\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a <strong>\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ed9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong> \u548c <strong>\u81ea\u52a8\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ed9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4fe1\u606f\u7ed9\u6211\u4eec\u65f6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u591a\u4e2a\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u5730\u5740\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u62e5\u6709\u591a\u4e2a\u8d26\u6237\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u914d\u7f6e\u60a8\u7684\u8bbe\u7f6e\uff0c\u6388\u6743\u6570\u636e\u8bbf\u95ee\u6743\u9650\uff0c\u6216\u4ee5\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0eMapsly\u4ea7\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u4e92\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>provide information directly to Mapsly through sales, support, billing, account administration, or other interactions in which Mapsly acts as a controller;<\/li>\n\n<li>\u901a\u8fc7\u804a\u5929\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u8054\u7cfb\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u4e0a\u542f\u7528\u4f4d\u7f6e\u8ddf\u8e2a<\/li>\n\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528\u901a\u77e5\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636e\u60a8\u5bf9 Mapsly \u670d\u52a1\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5411\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u60a8\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u7bb1\u5730\u5740\u3001\u5b9e\u9645\u5730\u5740\u3001\u7535\u8bdd\u53f7\u7801\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u4fe1\u606f\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>information about your precise location (End-User location tracking at your organization\u2019s direction is Customer Data governed by the DPA);<\/li>\n\n<li>your payment information, including credit card data (*);<\/li>\n\n<li>\u6709\u5173\u60a8\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53ca\u60a8\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u540c\u4e8b\u6216\u60a8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u7684\u4eba\u5458\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u7528\u6237\u89d2\u8272\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u51ed\u8bc1\u4fe1\u606f<\/li>\n\n<li>\u53cd\u9988\u3001\u63a8\u8350\u3001\u54a8\u8be2\u3001\u652f\u6301\u7968\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7535\u8bdd\u901a\u8bdd\u3001\u804a\u5929\u4f1a\u8bdd\u548c\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>your image (still and video), voice, and other identifiers that are personal to you when you interact with us (for example, in support or sales calls or testimonials you provide) (we do not create or derive biometric identifiers or templates from this content and do not use it to identify individuals);<\/li>\n\n<li>\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u53f7\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7a0e\u52a1\u8bc6\u522b\u7801\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(*) NOTE: when you provide us with your payment information, including credit card data, you enter this information directly into the software of our PCI DSS-certified payment provider embedded into Mapsly Offerings \u2014 therefore, Mapsly class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u60a8\u8fdb\u884c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u64cd\u4f5c\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u81ea\u52a8\u6536\u96c6\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u8bbf\u95ee\u3001\u4e92\u52a8\u6216\u4f7f\u7528 Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u60a8\u4f7f\u7528\u7535\u8111\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8bbe\u5907\u4e0e Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\u4e92\u52a8\u65f6\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u4ece\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e0b\u8f7d\u5185\u5bb9\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u6253\u5f00\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u9001\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u6216\u70b9\u51fb\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u4e2d\u7684\u94fe\u63a5<\/li>\n\n<li>\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u4e92\u52a8\u6216\u6c9f\u901a\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5f53\u60a8\u8bf7\u6c42\u5ba2\u6237\u652f\u6301\u65f6\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u7f51\u7edc\u548c\u8fde\u63a5\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7528\u4e8e\u5c06\u60a8\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8bbe\u5907\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u7684\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u534f\u8bae\uff08IP\uff09\u5730\u5740\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u548c\u8bbe\u5907\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6216\u6d4f\u89c8\u5668\u7c7b\u578b\u53ca\u7248\u672c\u3001\u64cd\u4f5c\u7cfb\u7edf\u6216\u65f6\u533a\u8bbe\u7f6e\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u51ed\u8bc1\u4fe1\u606f\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>content interaction information, such as content downloads and viewing details;<\/li>\n\n<li>Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\u6307\u6807\uff0c\u5982\u4ea7\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u60c5\u51b5\u3001\u6280\u672f\u9519\u8bef\u53d1\u751f\u6b21\u6570\u3001\u8bca\u65ad\u62a5\u544a\u3001\u60a8\u7684\u8bbe\u7f6e\u504f\u597d\u3001API \u8c03\u7528\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u65e5\u5fd7\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u8bbf\u95ee Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\u671f\u95f4\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u65e5\u671f\u548c\u65f6\u95f4\uff09\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u7edf\u4e00\u8d44\u6e90\u5b9a\u4f4d\u7b26 (URL) \u70b9\u51fb\u6d41\uff0c\u60a8\u67e5\u770b\u6216\u641c\u7d22\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u9875\u9762\u54cd\u5e94\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u4e0b\u8f7d\u9519\u8bef\uff0c\u53ca\u9875\u9762\u4ea4\u4e92\u4fe1\u606f\uff08\u5982\u6eda\u52a8\u3001\u70b9\u51fb\u548c\u9f20\u6807\u60ac\u505c\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n<li>\u7528\u4e8e\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u5730\u5740\u548c\u7535\u8bdd\u53f7\u7801<\/li>\n\n<li>identifiers and information contained in cookies (see the \u201cCookies\u201d section below).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 \u670d\u52a1\uff1a<\/strong> \u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u6765\u63d0\u4f9b\u548c\u4ea4\u4ed8 Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5e76\u5904\u7406\u4e0e Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6ce8\u518c\u3001\u8ba2\u9605\u3001\u8d2d\u4e70\u548c\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u8861\u91cf\u3001\u652f\u6301\u5e76\u6539\u8fdb Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\uff1a<\/strong> \u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u6765\u8861\u91cf\u4f7f\u7528\u60c5\u51b5\u3001\u5206\u6790\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u4fee\u590d\u9519\u8bef\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u6301\u3001\u6539\u8fdb\u548c\u5f00\u53d1 Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u63a8\u8350\u4e0e\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\uff1a<\/strong> \u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u6765\u63a8\u8350\u53ef\u80fd\u611f\u5174\u8da3\u7684 Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u8bc6\u522b\u60a8\u7684\u504f\u597d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u60a8\u5728 Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e49\u52a1\uff1a<\/strong> \u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e49\u52a1\u6536\u96c6\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u6216\u4fdd\u7559\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u4e0e\u60a8\u6c9f\u901a\uff1a<\/strong> We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to Mapsly Offerings via different channels (e.g., by email or chat) and to respond to your requests.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5e02\u573a\u8425\u9500\uff1a<\/strong> \u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u6765\u63a8\u5e7f\u548c\u5ba3\u4f20 Mapsly \u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6ee5\u7528\u9632\u62a4\uff1a<\/strong> \u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u6765\u9632\u6b62\u548c\u68c0\u6d4b\u6ee5\u7528\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u3001Mapsly \u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6211\u4eec\u5f81\u6c42\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff1a<\/strong> \u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f81\u6c42\u60a8\u7684\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5c06\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u7528\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u544a\u77e5\u60a8\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u76ee\u7684\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AI features.<\/strong> Certain Mapsly Offerings use artificial intelligence technologies \u2014 for example, to transcribe and summarize audio, or to generate suggestions and content. Content processed by AI features is handled by AI service providers acting on our behalf solely to provide the relevant functionality.
