Freshworks的Mapsly试用版

Mapsly 通过其 API 与您的 Freshworks 交换数据。创建一个 Mapsly 试用账户，并将其连接到您的 Freshworks 账户。

To start your Mapsly trial:

  • Press the Start trial button below.
  • 将您的 Freshworks 帐户添加为新的数据来源.
  • 在 Mapsly 主菜单中进入 Setup
  • 在 设置 点击‘+’按钮添加新的数据源，选择 Connector. 新鲜工坊
 

  • 您将被提示输入您的 CRM URL 和 API 密钥:

要找到您的 CRM URL 和 API 密钥，请在您的 Freshworks 账户中前往 管理设置 -> 应用与集成 -> API 设置。系统会要求您完成验证码验证以获取您的 API 凭证。

复制您的 bundle 别名，并将其粘贴为 CRM URL。

复制您的 API 密钥，并将其粘贴为 Mapsly 连接设置中的 API 密钥。

 


重要！ 您的 CRM URL 会因您使用的是 Freshworks 还是 Freshsales 而有所不同。请参见下方示例：
