When our customers and their end users upload, import, synchronize, or generate data within the Service \u2014 such as CRM records, contact information of a customer\u2019s own customers and prospects, and end-user location data collected at the customer\u2019s direction \u2014 Mapsly processes that data as a processor (service provider) on the customer\u2019s behalf, under the customer\u2019s instructions and the Mapsly Data Processing Addendum available at <a href=\"https:\/\/mapsly.com\/vi\/dpa\/\">https:\/\/mapsly.com\/dpa<\/a> (the \u201cDPA\u201d). The customer, not Mapsly, determines the purposes of that processing.
