Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website or web app stores in your Web browser (if you allow this in your browser settings) that enable the website or web app to “recognize” your browser and track certain metrics like frequency or duration of your visits.

We use cookies to save your preferences for future visits, keep track of personalized product offers, and compile aggregate data about website traffic and customer interactions with our website so we can improve our website and offer better experiences to Mapsly Customers in the future.

We may use third-party tools and services for the express purpose of better understanding our website visitors. These third parties are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to deliver the functionality of their tools and services for Mapsly’s benefit.

You may choose to prevent the Mapsly website from using cookies by adjusting your browser settings. However, be advised that if you turn off your cookies for the Mapsly web app, some Mapsly functionality may not work properly.

Further, they must process that information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and as permitted by applicable data protection law.
  • Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or services. In such transactions, personal information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the individual consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Mapsly or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
