You will own the <strong>end\u2010to\u2010end partnership lifecycle<\/strong>\u2014from initial outreach and onboarding to co\u2010marketing and long\u2010term relationship management\u2014and report directly to company founder\/CEO. This is a <strong>high\u2010impact<\/strong> role, requiring both strategic vision and hands\u2010on execution, with the potential to <strong>grow a team<\/strong> around you as our partner network expands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strategic Partnership Development:<\/strong> Identify and pursue high\u2010potential technology and consulting partnerships that align with Mapsly\u2019s growth objectives, focusing on the US market. Conduct market research to spot new opportunities, negotiate deal structures, and build mutually beneficial agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Program Management:<\/strong> Design and refine scalable partnership programs building upon our <a href=\"https:\/\/mapsly.com\/ja\/become-partner\/\">revenue-sharing partnership program<\/a>. Oversee the onboarding process, create enablement resources (training, collateral, etc.), and ensure partners are equipped to deliver value to their customers using Mapsly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relationship Building &amp; Maintenance:<\/strong> Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, establishing strong, trust\u2010based relationships. Actively engage with partner teams to maintain alignment, drive joint initiatives, and address any challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Co\u2010Marketing &amp; Enablement:<\/strong> Coordinate webinars, joint marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities with partners. Collaborate cross\u2010functionally with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to maximize visibility and results from partner\u2010led initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting:<\/strong> Define KPIs for partnership success. Track and report on metrics\u2014such as leads, revenue contribution, and partner engagement levels\u2014and use insights to optimize program performance over time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cross\u2010Team Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with Mapsly\u2019s marketing and product teams to ensure partner feedback and market insights inform product roadmaps, messaging, and overall go\u2010to\u2010market strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Growth:<\/strong> As Mapsly scales, recruit and mentor partnership managers\/associates.
