About Agrifac<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Agrifac is a Netherlands-based manufacturer of agricultural sprayer machines (est. 1986). The company runs Zoho as its CRM and manages ~20,000 accounts worldwide. Its sales organization counts about 30 people, with 90% being registered Mapsly users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In core markets like the Netherlands and Belgium alone, reps juggle 2,000\u20133,000 customers and prospects. Working from static lists\u2014or exporting CSVs to Google Maps\u2014made it \u201cimpossible\u201d to stay on top of who to visit next. It was clear for Sandu Teodor, Sales Support Officer, that the team needed a live, CRM-synced view to plan smarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Owner filters to focus on their records<\/strong>. With Zoho ownership synced, each rep narrows the map to their portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Quick context, quicker actions. <\/strong>From any pin, reps open the Zoho record and make edits without switching tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Planning that matches the day\u2019s reality. <\/strong>Some sales reps plan ahead; many plan same-day because farmer availability shifts with weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Adoption building with hands-on guidance.<\/strong> After workflow tweaks with Mapsly\u2019s team, usage is growing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Before:<\/strong> Reps exported CRM data and rebuilt maps in Google monthly; individuals sometimes created their own Google maps. Route planning happened on paper or with consumer apps.
