Per completare il processo di registrazione, devi URL CRM e Chiave API. Per trovarli nel suo account Freshworks, vada a Impostazioni amministratore -> App e integrazioni -> Impostazioni API. Usi ‘Il suo alias del bundle’ come URL CRM.

Importante! L'URL del tuo CRM sarà diverso a seconda che tu stia utilizzando Freshworks o Freshsales.
