Per completare il processo di registrazione, è necessario URL CRM e Chiave API. Per trovarli nel tuo account Freshworks, vai su Impostazioni amministratore -> App & Integrazioni -> Impostazioni API. Usa ‘Il tuo alias bundle’ come URL CRM.

Importante! L'URL del tuo CRM sarà diversa a seconda che tu stia utilizzando Freshworks o Freshsales.
