To complete sign-up process, you need CRM url et API key. To find them in your Freshworks account, go to Admin Settings -> Apps & Integrations -> API Settings. Use ‘Your bundle alias’ as CRM URL.

Important ! Your CRM URL will be different depending on whether you are using Freshworks or Freshsales.
