When our customers and their end users upload, import, synchronize, or generate data within the Service \u2014 such as CRM records, contact information of a customer\u2019s own customers and prospects, and end-user location data collected at the customer\u2019s direction \u2014 Mapsly processes that data as a processor (service provider) on the customer\u2019s behalf, under the customer\u2019s instructions and the Mapsly Data Processing Addendum available at <a href=\"https:\/\/mapsly.com\/de\/dpa\/\">https:\/\/mapsly.com\/dpa<\/a> (the \u201cDPA\u201d). The customer, not Mapsly, determines the purposes of that processing. If your personal information is contained in such data, please direct privacy inquiries and rights requests to the relevant Mapsly customer (for example, your employer or the business you interacted with); we will support that customer in responding as described in the DPA.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mapsly acts as a controller of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy \u2014 such as account, authentication, billing, usage, support, website-visitor, and marketing information \u2014 and this Privacy Policy governs that processing.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pers\u00f6nliche Informationen, die wir erfassen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section describes personal information that Mapsly processes as a controller.
